“The order process, was ok, but not as good as the first time. I bought a 3/2 a year and a half or so. Back then they were very eager to help and came with great advice. This time I asked a couple of questions about the chest panel and I got some evasive answers. Probably has to do with who is responding on the chat.
Delivery: I asked if they could deliver before a specific date. They said they could. But then the wetsuit came two days later. This might have to do with corona and the shipping firm but this is why I asked in the first place.
Unboxing: the first time I received a wetsuit bag, detergent, and some patches for repairs. This time however there was no bag included of which I was informed. but the wasn't detergent either. Obviously, this is not a problem, but given my previous experience and my experience now, I feel that their success has also made them a bit more casual.
Why SRFACE, because I have to say it is a great suit. Great fit, good finish, and clean look. Recommend? Yes, although the service was less then before. It is still good enough and I'm very happy with the suit.”
