“Experienced a bit of a delay due to the desk being held up in port (not the fault of StandDesk). They were communicative and offered various generous options as an apology which was above and beyond in my view.
The desk was relatively straightforward to assemble, however it seemed like the video wanted me to build it one way around and then rotate it, which seemed inefficient to me.
As for the completed desk, it’s very nice. The sit stand works well and is much quieter than the ones at work, and just as fast.”
Hi Juliette - your Essential model does go down to 64cm at its lowest. I will email as you may have accidentally set a minimum height on the desk and we can resolve that for you.

Fairly easy to put together and the size is perfect for what I need, 20 CMs longer than my previous 20 year old computer desk. Electric motor works well and the 2 settings are enough, excellent product. Thanks”
“Great desk overall, but my cable/powerboard tray attachment has been ‘broken’ since day one — the twist pins on one side used to unlock and re-lock do not work, so my tray is just hanging. It’s fine but not ideal.”
