“The desk is fantastic. The quality feels good. The motorized raising/lowering is smooth. The finish is nice. Setup video was easy to follow. Customer services was responsive.

Only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 is that we had some issues with sizes I ordered being over purchased and shipping took a week longer than expected which may have been out of stand desk control but was a frustrating experience.”
“This survey says you sent out my desk 19 days ago which is incorrect. It was despatched on May 21 and reached me on May 26. I had a builder friend help me construct it yesterday and it took 3 times the time the video said it would. That said I am delighted with it so far. I don’t have a wireless charging phone yet but anticipate getting one shortly so will be interested to see how well that feature works.”
“We've just set up our desk, and it looks amazing, seems very sturdy, and works well. There were delays with shipment due to covid, and we were kept informed every step of the way with what was happening. I have not often seen customer service as exemplary as this, and really appreciate it.”

The only drawback, in my opinion, is the amount of packaging. It looks to be EPE foam packaging, which is not recycable here. It filled about three quarters of my wheelie bin.”
Hi Murray. We totally agree with you. We are working hard with our manufacturers to get an eco-friendly option in place. We will look at heavy gauge cardboard as other eco-friendly options don't seem to be available in China.
“The quality of the desk is outstanding. Needed two people to set this up but instructions were easy to follow. Only issue we had was getting the desk, but believe this was more of a logistics issue with the freight company.”
“A bit delayed due the nightmare that is international shipping these days, however couldn't be happier with the product. Solid, easy to assemble, looks great. You can tell these guys take pride in not only the product they sell, but also the service given. Would not hesitate to buy again.”
