I had a small issue, contacted the support and they answered and solved it in the next hour.

“When you order something online, there's always a risk something may go wrong. Add to the covid, and you've got a few things that could give you headaches.
Whilst the delivery was slightly delayed because of shipping issues (covid), Conrad was very communicative, so I was always kept up to date.
And then when the desk was being delivered, the delivery company wrongly delivered one part to another address. I phoned the courier company later that day to find out why it hadn't arrived, to hear that Conrad had already phoned them as he saw it before i did, and he was working with them to fix it.
Then when the last piece did arrive, it had been damaged by the person it was originally delivered too - Conrad put a new table top on the next courier and it was with me the next day.
So yes, a few things went wrong, but Conrad was on the front foot the whole time, and I'm typing this review at my new desk, and am very happy with it. Glad i chose to buy through Stand Desk.

“I purchased this for preorder with a delivery date of 28 Feb, and it arrived on the 6th April. Despite the delay, Conrad was in touch semi-regularly to let me know that there had been delays. I’d have preferred to see a realistic delivery timeframe up front, but I understand international delivery can be a bit tough to predict in the current environment.
Despite that - the desk is fantastic. Easy to setup, I managed with just a screwdriver. It’s virtually silent when raising or lowering, made of quality materials and overall I am super happy with the product. The wireless charging is a little intermittent, and there’s a slight buzzing sound when my phone is charging but that wasn’t a feature I was overly worried about anyway.
As someone who’s 6’6” - standing height is absolutely perfect. I’d recommend to anybody looking to upgrade.”
“This is an awesome desk. I got it within 5 days of ordering which was great. It looks great, it's nice and sturdy and I love the fact that you can save the height settings and that it has a cable management tray so it only has one cable coming out of it, so it's nice and tidy.
It needs assembling with a drill so I had a handyman assemble it for me, which was the best option for me and well worth doing.
I also love the fact that it has a wireless phone charger on the desktop. That's a really cool feature.
I highly recommend this desk.”
“I purchased a new desk from Stand Desk in late 2020. Unfortunately, there were some unforeseen shipping delays which were outside of the control of Stand Desk. That said, it was worth the wait, and Stand Desk were very responsive and apologetic about the delays. I opted for the whitewash with black legs. Its been the perfect addition to my home office. Happy with the build quality and finish. My friend and family were very impressed with the wireless charging! Thanks team!”
“The product took a long time to arrive but with the world still on fire, I don't hold it against the company.
Once assembled, it works wonderfully. I would say that the instructional video wasn't maybe an 8/10 for clarity as I didn't realise until the step where I needed them that I'd been given two different length bolts. It was only when the video called for me to use the 'long bolts' that I realised I'd already used them and had to therefore dismantle my work and retrieve them.
All things considered, however, I am very happy with the service and product.”
