“My wife and I both have the standing desk which we use when working from home.
Positive comments so far: The sturdiness of the rising legs and frame feels strong and of high quality design. The table top finish is exceptional and aesthetically pleasing, the instruction for assembly vs reality were pretty close and we had no issues putting the tables together. And for the couple weeks of every day use so far, the control switch and motors seems to function very well smooth and effectively.
Some negatives about the Standing Desk: the self adhesive for the cellphone charger for us lost it's stickiness only after a day or so of use. We have extra tape holding it in for the mean time. The computer box holder was very underwhelming and weak, the website doesn't do enough in images or details explaining how it is attached or on it's construction. The holder has only two ways to attach to the desk, both of which are questionable for the weight of modern high end computers. We made it work, but is dodgy at the best.
Maybe some ideas for future desk improvements could be options for which side you can mount the control switch on, since there is 24V power going to the desk, a USB charging port for extra small devices would be a nice touch somewhere out of the way. The depth in which the wireless cellphone charger is installed at underneath could be closer to the surface to help accommodate people with slightly thicker than normal phone cases. Small gripe, but more of a quality of life problem. Obviously a better solution for mounting a PC machine under the desk.
