“Very happy with the desk except that my husband has taken it over. I had outstanding customer service re: advise on the phone on how to assemble it when I had a problem, and the offer of a replacement if I was not happy with minor damage.”
“I bought this desk for working from home and completing my studies. It has been nothing shy of excellent. Motors are quieter than competition, stability is great on hard flooring, customer service was great, and the 100-day refund policy was attractive.
I will be back for the larger top in the future when I move it to another location!”
“ECO friendly packaging (all cardboard), easy to assemble, fast to raise and lower, and looks great with a very nice wood finish (I got the american oak) with plenty of desk space - couldn't ask for more.”
“The Stand Desk itself is a solid product which looks fantastic and high quality. However, although being alerted there was a delay to receiving the actual stand for the desk, there was another unforeseen delay again which added a week onto receiving the product. I had to email to find this out. Once received, the wireless charger component was missing and this took another two weeks to rectify, meaning there was a half-assembled desk for 2 weeks in our house. I wouldn't buy again due to the missing elements, lack of communication, and slow solutions, but am very much enjoying the actual product.”
