during the assembly video @ 3.01, I noticed they had washers for some parts where they had to screw the frame into the desk but they were not there when I was assembling, I continued without the washers without issue.

“Prompt comms and delivery, the desk was well protected with the packaging. The desk itself is a solid build with a quality finish. Watched the installation video and followed along, everything lined up and assembly was straight-forward. Operationally, it moves smoothly and feels sturdy despite a heavy computer setup. Adjustment-wise, I am shorter than most and the desk goes low enough that I don't need a footrest. Bonus to have wireless charging for the work phone. All round, excellent purchase and am very pleased to have invested in decent quality. Highly recommended.”
“Love the desk, it goes higher than it needs to be (good for big people) and goes down enough for the short ones. The only issue I had was during installation, the instructional video didn't quite match up with the desk i was presented, and there was a segment in the video which said to route the power cable through a slot which wasn't able to happen as one of the cables just didn't fit in properly. However, I created a workaround and all is well.
If you use a computer I highly suggest you buy the computer bracket which I haven't purchased but thinking about doing so as some of my cabling doesn't reach the monitors from the ground.”
