“My desk had an issue with one of the leg motors and they prompty resolved the issue by sending me replacement the next day. It's a great product as well!”

“What I liked:
- Bamboo top with integrated wireless charger
- One of the few desks I found with bamboo top and cable management tray
- different size options for the table top
What I didn't like:
- the adhesive pad for the wireless charger is useless, it came with some small screws as well which looked to long hence I just tightened them a little to hold the charger as I was concerned I could damage the table top due to the length of the screws.
- some threads were a little bit rough and it took some fiddling to get the screws in properly when assembling the desk.
- The seal of the table top could be better as it is not smooth and has some impurities from the manufacturing process, you can feel it when going over it with your hands.
- the online assembly instructions did not match the content of the boxes and some guesswork was required when setting up the desk.
All in all a sturdy well priced desk, even though the delivery was pushed out twice due to delays with the international shipping, it is a good desk that I would recommend.
I cannot comment on the reliability of the electronics at this point I believe as long as replacement parts will be available it is bang for the buck.”
