The delivery service was a let down as 11 days is way too long to move from the couriers warehouse to being delivered. I had to ask the kind people at Stand Desk to intervene and push the delivery service along.
1 star for the courier service due to the time taken to deliver.”
“Like 50 days ago I placed my order and as you mentioned, only 33 days ago it was sent out. The drama is - I still haven't received all of the parts now! The desktop arrived like a week a go but the courier left it to my neighbour who might thought it was a free gift and gave it away to someone else. It cost me some time to figure out where my "delivered" package was and chased it back, though only to get a scratched desktop. Now without the rest parts of the desk, how would you guys like me to give a review?”
“Despite a setup delay with parts needing to be swapped, the service was excellent and I’m enjoying the desk. Very easy to change settings, so smooth and quiet. I even use it during a meeting without people noticing.”
