“The desk arrived in a flat pack but the YouTube video was easy to follow and it was straightforward to put together.
The cable tidy is excellent and my desk is very deep which is ideal for large monitors. The controls for up/down are simple and the motor is quiet.
I really like the desk but I chose black to fit with other furniture and looks like I need to dust more than I expected.
I’m happy with the purchase and I think it was good value for money”
“Our desks took a bit longer to arrive than originally expected due to the general shipping issues currently, though the delays were well communicated and we weren't left in the dark. One of the boxes did arrive damaged initially, however the support team were very pleasant to work with and quick to get a replacement sent out.
Once we had all the parts, assembly was straightforward and the desks went together without issue.
We've had the desks for a couple of weeks now and have used them frequently in that time while working from home. So far we're very pleased with them. They're sturdy and stable, the lifting mechanism works well, and the controls are easy to use. The height memory in particular is quite handy for easily switching between sitting or standing. The cable management tray is spacious, easily fitting a power board with all the cables, and access is easy when you can just raise the desk up and scooch under. The bamboo top is quite nice too, a good change from the typical white melamine back at the office. And for all that they were still similarly priced or even cheaper than other desks we looked at which had fewer features and conveniences.
Good stuff!”
“Love the new desk. It’s a quality product and looks beautiful in the room. We had some delays to delivery which were well communicated and the customer service team were excellent providing alternative options. However the wrong top was also dispatched and needed to be replaced. Even though they offered a discount it still means that we have to completely dismantle and reassemble the desk which is a bit of a hassle…”
“Really happy with my standing desk, communication throughout about delivery times was great, easy to assemble following the instruction video online and works smoothly and quietly just as described. The whitewash bamboo with black legs also suits our décor. Thanks”
“Pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this table. Easy to construct and all the parts seem to be of a high quality. Feels very solid and well made once completed and the solid bamboo top is much nicer than the usual MDF veneer that you get on competing products.
Great service and vendor communication as well.
Highly recommended!”
