That&xs right. On receipt I adjusted the band to suit my wrist, whacked it on and the following morning when adding it to my wrist I found it to be approx. hours fast! Wow! This has never happened to me before with the approx. 100 watches purchased from various outlets.
I contacted SB, they supplied a reply-paid sticker, and I sent the watch back for it to be checked. A week later the watch returned, however, rather than it being the watch I originally received, it was a new replacement. Supplied as SB didn&xt want me to be without the watch any longer than need be.
Frankly, you could not ask for a better result. P.S. My Weishi Timegrapher shows the replacement watch to be operating at better than COSC standards!!!”
