“So I had some issues with my Arnie but kept if for a few months after which time the bezel froze and was impossible to move. I sent it in to Seiko NZ (Where I am at the moment) and they informed me that some lume imperfections which I assumed were cosmetic, were some kind of heat damage. They sent the watch back, and they had fixed the bezel, but not the dial, and the crown FELL OUT of the watch when I tried to use it. I contacted Starbuy, and the requested their help - I love the watch, and didn&xt want a refund, just help with my issues with it. Even though it was months since my purchase, they offered to replace it. Really good to know that these guys will back up their watches if something isn&xt right. Much appreciated and I intend to buy future watches from them, knowing that they have excellent customer care. Thank you Starbuy.”
