“I had little issue with the cable...until the charger tip snapped. I was charging my phone when it slipped off my desk, which sits relatively low, while it was still plugged in and it hit the floor. Admittedly, the landing was awkward but it was soft so I didn't think anything was wrong until I picked it up. However, I was disappointed in how fragile it turned out to be.
The lightning tip broke off and I hardly used it for a week and a half. For reference, I bought this at the end of February then received it in early March, but I didn't start using it until the latter half of March. This is a really short window of usage, especially considering the site says it offers a 1-year warranty on this product.
If a simple drop from a relatively low surface can ruin the product then people need to know this; so whatever you do don’t delete my review! Truthfully, the tips should be a bit stronger so that an accident like this short fall to the floor mat in my office doesn't break it. Personally, I would like either a refund or a replacement for the cable.”

“I bought the USB-C to lightning version and it’s amazing with how fast it recharges my phone battery to full power. But the only 2 things that could’ve made it perfect was if the cable length was 10ft and if there was a lightning to lightning version that could be used for older Apple products, possibly even older Apple devices so it’s the ultimate backwards compatible charging cable. Otherwise it’s absolutely perfect!”
