“I ordered the charger and within a week it came apart where it swivels. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a reply. If you call there is no one to speak with. They refer you to email. I love the product because it is so universal with all my other devices. I would love if someone would reply to my emails.”

“I love the concept, but it fails to deliver. What they won’t tell you is that the power cord charges really slowly… and most importantly, you cannot use the wire to connect your phone to other app capable device. For example, in your car Uconnect, it won’t recognize that your phone is plugged in, so you cannot use your phone apps on the car screen (Google maps, Waze, Spotify, etc).
Same for professionals. I use my phone as backup screen for flying my drone. With this wire, it won’t connect to the remote so you can’t see or control the drone in the DJI app.
So what can with a great idea and ease of use turn out to be really NOT practical, having to remove and add the small magnetic clip every time I need to plug the phone in the car… in the end I just don’t use the wire anymore…
Would be great if the magnet was stronger and permitted to charge as fast as a normal wire and let the phone communicate with other devices like other wires… I’m pretty sure you also can’t plug in your computer in order to backup to iTunes or access the files.
All in all, deceiving as it’s not marketed that way.”
