“I need 3 micro usb connectors. Won't buy and pay for connectors for other devices that I have no use for. My wife and I really like the product, but we have enough useless junk around.

“Here are the main issues with your product-◄1► Magnetic connection not strong enough - Phone falls off when hanged from cord, and magnetic connection is very loose/disconnects often and easily . Looks like you knew that when I ordered and you came up since with new stronger tips (advertised as 200% stronger!!!) -◄2► Slower than direct connect with regular USB cable - Rapidly charging my phone from 15% takes over 3 hours- -◄3► You need several of them if you have multiple charging stations, hence high extra cost. ' ◄==► - ? Otherwise not worth it. -◄4► Unfit for power pack on the road. -◄5► All in all, who needs an extra piece of hardware to connect to a power source? ◄6► Bought a promo pack of 3+1, using none of them.
(BTW, a 4 pack of rotating magnetic connect braided cables sells for $9 on Amazon. Where is the catch, Statik?”

“Since this device is about connection, why sell this connect feature attached to a cable? High speed cables can be purchased for pennies on the internet or in stores. All that is needed it the magnetic pieces with proper cable adapter... Magnetic connect ought to be as strong as a regular USB connect though, which, from most reviewers experience, it is NOT ... Statik, go back to the drawing board! Here is the design... (BTW, I purchased a 3+ 1 promo pack and, practically, they are useless... Sticking to my regular USB...)”

You can use a small brush to clean the tips that connects to your device. If you are having a difficulty in removing the tips, you can remove the magnetic tips by using tweezers or you can tie a bit of dental floss into a slip knot and loop it around the connector. You should be able to gently pull it out with it. :)
