“I was very excited to use my Statik charging cable only to be disappointed because it would not charge my phone. The cable would not fit snug and did not charge my phone at all. Now I have a charge cable that does not work and there was not any Information included in my package to return the cable. Please have someone contact me about a refund. Thank you. Cheryl Hoggard”

“I bought three, two 2 meter and one 1 meter. Two out of there no longer work and I’ve had them for less than a month. One of them the magnetic tips that go on your phone just fell apart and my.first 2 meter cord just stopped charging all together and then the 1 meter went. I was so excited for this product because I've had the worst luck with chargers in the past. And yet again it was too good to be true.”
