Both of the lighting connector tips broke apart.
Got in touch with Customer Service when the first tip broke and was told you could not get replacement tips.
Really not happy with company that does not stand behind their product.”

“Love the idea but it does not have a fitting for all Apple phones. I have an older model- 8plus- and the attachments don’t work. I got several as gifts and one packet only had the cord, no attachments. Great idea, but NOT Universal!”
