“I left a previous review commenting how the cable is simply a regular cable with a magnet gimmick (the cable doesn't seem capable of fast charging my phone), and received a "please check your email" message on the review. I replied to said email from customer service, and have since not heard back at all. It appears that their customer service is not interested in actually assisting with issues, rather than trying to save face with these reviews and then abandoning all efforts.”

“I received my order today. I ordered 3 packets of the 360 universal charge cable. I’m 2 packets all 3 magnetic connectors are there but in 1 packet there are only 2 magnetic connectors. This is unacceptable”
