“I have been replacing all of my cords with STATIK. I love the concept and it’s really been great for me. I had one cord that did not work… I called the only phone number that I could fine. I called that number twice and there was no answer, so, I left a message no callback, and there is no way of really sending items back… Customer service is a mess and basically nonexistent. The cables are great.”
