“I received my order today, I suppose to receive 3 magnetic tips BUT i only received the micro tip i didn't need this tip i needed the C tip and the Iphone tip, i've waited almost 3 weeks and my order is not right”
“Pulled in to shows charging for a second then goes to not charging, even when laying flat on a table. Have unplugged the unit and reinserted works for a couple seconds, then goes to not charging. Have to play around a lot to get it to stay charging.”
“The issue I had was that once the charging wire was removed, it doesn’t start charging again when cord is attached later. I always had to remove the piece in the phone and re-attach to get it to work. Had 3 charge wires and all did the same. It got to be to much trouble to grab a knife to pull out the phone piece. The cord itself seems like high quality, and I really like the swivel feature, but the performance definitely isn’t there.”
“I bought 3 of these as both me and my husband play a game on our I-pads. As the game does not rotate and it is designed in a portrait, rotating connection at the end of the cable seemed like an ultimate solution. Unfortunately, the connection between the cable and magnetic insert is so sensitive that even a little movement would disconnect the charger. Constant dinging of the charging indicator got really annoying and stopped using this product. Good idea, bad execution. Perhaps solid connection in an L-shape end may be the better way to go here.”

The cable you purchased doesn't have the data transfer feature. It is only available in Statik360 PRO version. It is also capable of Apple Car Play, and Android Auto.
