“I bought 3 static cords which came with tips.the magnetic tips are a great idea.. Unfortunately the tips were loose fitting on my Moto g phone and I lost all three within a week.. I emailed customer services and explained.. They advised to put in without phone case but I told them that I had already lost all my tips.. They sent me 3 new tips free and no postage charge.. I am now using and I could not be happier.. Absolutely love this product and happy to recommend.”

“This was a great idea. Just plug the magnetic tips into all your devices and the magnetic cable can then charge all of them. No more fiddling with cable connections and the tip protects the phone opening as well. Cable is flexible and strong. Two suggestions: Make it easier to mix and match and buy the tips you need rather than providing a mixture that inevitably has tips you will never use. Also, consider having the little blue LED only come on when a connection is made so you know that the device is charging.”

“Your cords are very strong and sturdy, but the magnetic tips don't last! I ordered two cords with tips, and both of the tips broke very quickly! Without the tips, the cord is useless! The magnet breaks in half then rendering the tips useless! It is a real shame that the tips are so delicate and don't last! I ordered three more tips, so I can still use the cord. If these all end up breaking, I will not replace them, and I will explore other options!”
