“I’ve been pleased with all but one product which I have sent 4 emails and 3 phone messages concerning the incorrect item but after 3+ weeks I have had no response. “My Snap-n-Charge is pretty good. When I received it, I fully charged the device (as it was only charged halfway). It lasted for one full charge on my iPhone and then the next time to 40%.”
