“It doesn’t lie flat with the device on a table, which tends to dislodge the magnet and disconnect, so needs to be babied a bit.”

“This product uses a different magnetic adapter then used by their cords. This is absurd. Their products are not even compatible with each other. This power bank is a waste of money and extremely disappointing. DO NOT BUY THIS.”

Hello, Richard! Our Snap-n-charge is compatible with our regular Statik 360, cable. However, you purchased the PRO version of our Statik 360, which has new features like faster charging and data transfer, that's why the tips are different.
