“In the past 27 days, reached out to Customer Service twice to intiate a refund.
No response. One must put a magnet on the inside of the case or attached to the phone. I already use another case holder, so this will not work for me. I need a refund. Unfortunately by writing this poor review, I hope that Customer Support will finally respond and assist with the refund and return process.”
