“I had high hopes for this cable... The major issue is that the tips are incompatible with most phone cases. If you are not using it with cases, I would say it's 5* for you!
I have tried it on a Pixel 6 and Pixel 8 Pro with peak design cases. And also an iPhone 15 Pro with a Nomad case. You have to remove the case to use the tips, which is a massive pain and defeats the purpose of the convenient connectors. Luckily, it could be fixed by offering a different tip with a few mm of offset. I'd also love if Statik would sell sets of USB C adapters as I have no use for the dated micro USB or lightning adapters and don't want to have to buy one of each of those to get one USB C.
I also like the idea of the cable wrap with tip storage, but find the wrap attachment mechanism to not be especially secure or easy to use. I prefer wraps that stay attached to one end of the cable when unwrapped so that I can quickly wrap the cable back up and put it back in my travel kit without having to search for it. I'm a big fan of Anker's latest cord wraps.”

If your phone has a case, try removing it before plugging in the magnetic tips and cord.
There are bulky cases that hinder the magnetic tips from entering the charging port.
The tips should be seated properly on the device. Sometimes, the magnetic tips can’t go through with the phone case on.
Regarding the magnetic tips, once you purchase a cable, it has three different tips included.
