“off to a bad start. however i earned it was my device malfunction @ the charging port. all is well. i like the equipment. however:. Poor customer service. i waited three weeks for a response. 2. The management fitting for the extra port configurations is not present with the 3' cables. Cheap oversight considering the price. Make the price point include the item. Dont short change us. What are we supposed to do with the extra tips. Happy with the equipment. Unhappy with management. These are pricey”
