“I was really excited about this product. After 5 days it quit working. I contacted customer service and their response was to request proof. If there was not a problem why would I reach out? I am disappointed and would like my money back. They could have simply did an exchange and I would have been very satisfied”

“Actually charges slower than my old charger. Also, the battery gets disconnected from the phone way too easily - magnet needs to be stronger. I am going back to my old charger and stash this in a drawer as an emergency backup. Don't waste your $$$!”
