We're really happy to hear you're loving your Steadyracks! However, it's no good to hear that the bolt broke during installation. If you need us to send you some replacement bolts, please let us know!
I'd also like to confirm that you used wall plugs provided for masonry use when you were installing the rack? Either way, we will be passing this information onto our factory so it doesn't happen again.
