“I was really disappointed that the diameter of my fat bike did not fit the rack. It was too big. I had to pay 25$ shipping to return it- steadyrack did not pay for return shipping. I think customer service could have been better- I was thinking about buying their other racks for my families bikes but I will not be because I can’t afford paying for return shipping if the product doesn’t work for my bike. I was disappointed.”
