“We bought 2 Redondo's and about 8 other lights of varying sizes and styles. They are beautiful and compliment each other well for our breezeway, doorways and exterior areas of our new build. We had a particularly nasty Minnesota sleet and snow storm and one of the Redondo's welds broke where the shade meets the tube. We had the longest tube and black metal roof let too much snow go at once. The company promptly replaced it with excellent service. All of the others weatherd it just fine. I'll purchase products from Steel Lighting Co again.”

“The product was perfect, instructions were great (I would recommend printing the instructions out). As a recommendation to Steel City, it would not hurt you to include printed instructions, after all it is only 2 pages. The mounting was a bit cumbersome, but that comes with the territory, not anything for the company to improve. It is a long reach fixture, looks great. Make sure that you have the proper mounting fixture, but that comes with the territory as well. For safety sake, we did not rely on the two mounting tabs on the electrical box (this item was bought at Lowe's), but chose to drill 4 additional holes for long mounting screws, once again not Steel City's problem. All in all, we are satisfied with the purchase. We looked for a long time for such a product and are extremely satisfied.”
