This medium sized industrial wall light is comparable to the size of a large mixing bowl and serves up ample character to match. “Canopy was scratched but your follow-up to resolve the problem was outstanding. However I am finding that the thread tapping of the mount that holds the gooseneck is not well done. It took several attempts to screw in the gooseneck in order to avoid cross threading. The same issue exists for the tapped threads to hold the set screw that locks the gooseneck in place. I can't turn the screw more than twice before it binds up. Very disappointing. So I need a new properly tapped mount. It would nice to have it overnighted as I am in the final stages of installation and hoped to have it done well before the weekend. Can this be done.”
