“After receiving our two Westwood pendant lights, we realized we needed longer cords to hang them from our vaulted ceilings - yikes! We contacted customer service and they showed us how to purchase new replacement sockets with the proper cord length. We were also able to return our original sockets and are awaiting a partial credit. What an amazing company!”
