“I'm a gardener & these are the most comfortable work boots I have ever had. Supple with little to no breaking-in required they have so-far lasted nearly 2 years. I even took them with me to Japan where I worked for a month. This is compared to a pair of probably the most widely used leather, dealer boots lots of people buy which only lasted a year before leaking. I have found that waxing them thoroughly before using ensures waterproofing & gives them a much nicer colour. I never wanted to keep them looking pristine, honey coloured; somewhat impractical in my line of work. Regularly waxing has ensured longevity.
