“bought a pair of ELLIS Unisex Leather Air Cushion Sole Dealer Boots Dark Brown UK size 9 my normal size when they arrived in really good time by the way, they were lovely boots however they were a bit to large. I followed the returns process which was very easy and returned them and exchanged for a size 8 which fit perfectly. (No dramas) The boots appear to be very good quality and I love wearing them. I would definitely recommend your company and shoes. Well done.”
