“Using the wet application method that is suggested from this company caused me some headaches. Even after more than 4 hours of letting the decal sit, I still fought to keep each letter attached to the surface. The adhesive on the transfer paper was to strong and created most of my problems. That being said, the company adjusted my order to assist me without charging me an extra fee. The decal was nicely done and packaged well to prevent bending and creases. Overall, I'm happy with the product...I may have to change my application technique.”
“I had an issue with adhesion to a textured section of my polyethylene kayak. I sent an email noting my issue asking for advice mid afternoon. Three hours and 32 minutes later, after a couple of back and forth emails, I had a tracking number for a remake of the decal on special material that would adhere better to my boat. And I made no request for expedited service. Try beating that! Thank you, Dave!
