“This is the second custom decal I've purchased from Stickertitans. They stick well, are easy to apply, and have so far made it through a winter and a summer. They look great.
The "but" comes in 2 parts.
1. They DO NOT get shipped in a tube as the description states. They will come folded or torn, as was the case with the first I ordered.
2. Beware of some fonts. The way my second is printed, the words are not discernible because the upright portion of the letter is nearly non-existent.
Thankfully, the second I ordered was bought as a personal joke, so only we need to know what it actually says.
Overall, they look nice and are shipped quickly. When I need another, I'll return to this store, just use a better font for my next.”
“I ordered 9 personalized decals for a wedding, upon checking out all the decals they all had creased lines. Some letters in names were crinkled and not even smoothed out. The overall attention to detail and try for perfection was clearly not used in my order. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and reach out to the shop and try to let them make this right. Of course they weren't open until monday and said they would respond to messages than. And here I am on Saturday and Haven't heard anything from the shop. I sent pictures with my concerns pointing out the errors. It's clear that they aren't worried about the quality of their orders as someone could've clearly seen these issues when making the cups I am very disappointed the shop had good reviews and I expected a dif outcome”
