“instructions for ordering this product are a question; "what are the measurements of your finished project". Well, I should have known this would be a problem, and it was. The instructions should visually show what the finished dimensions/measurements will be for ANY Font size. you should be able to type in your words, choose the font, choose the font size, and see an exact example of what it will look like. This way you can choose what you want by knowing exactly the fit and look. I had no way to know until I got it. Mine was to small the first time, after explaining issue, came to big second time. Can't win if you aren't able to visualize and play with sizes and fonts BEFORE you order.....sorry, I know they tried to make my order right, but you still need to let the customer fuss and play to see what each idea looks like before they choose blindly, especially artists...”
“Tony put together the perfect decal for my Baja Bug. I showed him what I was looking for and he nailed it. Just perfect and the size and shape was spot on. I used the wet application and Tony let me know to allow drying time before removing the transfer film. Thank goodness, it came out perfectly.”
