“I purchased 3 custom decals. 7 days later they had not shipped and no update from the business. I messaged to ask for an update. They responded quickly to say they would ship them. The following day I received a message to let me know they made a mistake and only sent 1 of 3 but would send the other 2. I appreciated the update. I received the 1 they sent and it was great. 6 days after receiving the first one I still had not received the other 2 so I sent a message requesting tracking info. No response. I messaged again a few days later. No response. Unfortunately I never received them. I would have appreciated a response either way. Most of the issue probably lies with USPS but tracking info would have alleviated that question.”
