“I really liked the look of the custom lettering that I ordered when I received it. Unfortunately, it wouldn't stick to the designated surface(plastic toolbox), and ultimately I couldn't use it. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star review. They were courteous and professional by refunding my purchase, so I will give them 4 stars for doing the right thing... ; )”
