“Originally I received the wrong item, it was printed in the incorrect font. I contacted customer service and they did not apologize, they simply said they would send a new item. I ended up sending 2 messages to resolve the issue because they ignored my first message. I was not provided tracking of the second item, so I was not able to be home when it arrived. Item is decent quality, but the customer service is lacking.”
“Letters were perfect size and the font is perfect. It is a bit of a challenge to get both papers off without letters sticking to them. Key is going slow and having a tool to help with keeping the letters on the surface.”
