“The banner came out beautifully, arrived very quickly (especially for a custom-printed item!), and the customer service was amazing. I said they could text or email me for a better file, because the upload wouldn't allow files big enough for the high-res image I originally created or PDFs. The designer texted me an email to send the large file because the JPG I uploaded seemed blurry, and he even offered to touch up the file since it was still a little blurry. I had to reassure him that was inevitable --the micrography artwork I blew up to over 4 feet wide is only 4 inches in the original piece, so I expected it to be blurry. When it arrived, I was thrilled to see it only looks the tiniest bit blurry if you're looking at it from inches away instead of from across my vending booth. It's heavy-duty and, having vended for 10+ years and tried so many banners, this one feels like it'll last a excellent long time, thought I supposed I can't officially tell that yet. I debuted it at my first in-person art show of the spring season and I got SO many compliments on the banner. It hung up perfectly between my canopy and my grid walls with some bungee cord hooks; it didn't so much as budge in the wind, which made me really happy because I was worried getting the style with wind holes would disrupt the "visual flow" of the artwork to much. Thank you so much for the gorgeous banner! I love it and will probably be back for more as I (hopefully) upgrade to larger booth spaces for my bigger juried shows and trade expos over the next year or two.”
