“I ordered on Sunday night, got a CUSTOM banner tuesday at noon. Amazing. I chose this banner even though it wasn't the cheapest bc all the reviews said they were fast. And they where!”
“WAS very excited to get my open up by package upon delivery but when I go to unwrap it I was a little puzzled as to why it looked off ..... although I do love the material and color they used, than realized the banner NOTHING THAT I REQUESTED....... if this was the case I wouldn't of spent so much time trying to customize something if they were just going to DO and SEND ME WHAT THEY WANTED!!! My logo was set in the middle of the Banner for a reason instead they made it smaller than what I wanted it and placed it no were near the middle of the banner!! The wording was also in an area were I DID NOT WANT nor PLACED! If they would have called or reached out with suggestions were we can work together to make it better I would have understood but NOPE they did what THEY WANTED!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED for the simple fact that I am going to have to use this banner for our first Charity Event OF THE YEAR and it was nothing like we wanted ....SAD!!!!!”
