“I was hesitant to order a custom banner in the first place, knowing I'm probably never going to get my money back if it's not exactly what I want. I chose the color purple for the lettering because it is the recipient's favorite color, which was a poor decision on my end as it does not show up over orange/black. Overall this banner is decent quality. I just wish there were more options during the designing process so the lettering could end up were the buyer wants them instead of assuming it'll be applied in the best location according to the banner selected.I would really like my money back and to start over, but unfortunately I'm not sure that's an option.”
“We needed a banner for my daughter's first birthday. But obviously we wanted bigger but we wouldn't have gotten it in time because the shipping dates were a lot later. But it worked out!”
