“I ordered this banner for my business. The sign looks great but the stand, not so great. When I attach the sign to the hooks on the bottom, the hooks will not lock therefore, my sign slides up and bends. I contacted the seller about the problem and they said it should lock. I advised it didn't lock and to see if they had any other suggestions. 2 days later, still no response.”
