“Impressive quality. But expectations were not met. I asked for the background of my banners to be a specific color and I got white. I brought the issue to their attention, they agreed to reprint, than sent more banners with white backgrounds. There is no quality check. Just print and ship. I also don't understand why they couldn't just print a sample of the color I was going for on a small sheet and sent a photo to determine whether or not it would be acceptable.”
