“I really like this banner stand. I do use it outside; I attached zip ties to the bottom and use those to hold lightweight metal stakes that I push into the ground. I haven't been in serious winds, but it hasn't budged in light winds. (If you're going to put this on cement, this method won't work, but it is great for grass!) It's easy to set up and lightweight.”
