I made sure to supply detailed photos and descriptions from the beginning and he was prompt to offer an option. After advising that I didn't want compensation, I just really needed a replacement, he responded quite quickly and got one out to me as soon as he was able. It arrived in perfect condition and I'm so grateful to have it. Would recommend.”

“I have used a variety of stands like this for over 10 years and this is my least favorite design. The rod-loaded top is a pain to use and requires more time and a lot more patience to get the graphic into it. When assembled it also seems less-stable than other similar models I have used. It's functional, but less ideal than others.”
