“This banner is so gorgeous my whole team said they did an amazing job. The colors the quality quality and uniqueness and uniqueness to add extra dcor on it that I would love is perfect. Only thing is when I pulled out my roll out banner it kept rolling out and it did not snatch back in the stand. Now I'm gonna take it to kinko's so they can help me unscrew it to roll it backup. I did reach out to customer service they said they sent me a video but It was never sent. I don't even feel like writing back.”
