“Overall great quality. I struggled a bit with instructions for assembling. Some of the instruction steps were already complete, so that was the confusion. When placing the order, customer service was outstanding. They responded very quickly to my emails. This was an outdoor event so the banner did retract on Its own several times due to the wind, however it could be due to user error when positioning it.”
