I was extremely specific on what I wanted but the person helping me was missing the mark! until I asked for a refund within an hour the person understood me! other than that it was perfect”
“This was easy to assemble and get up. I ignored the part of the instructions were I was supposed to tighten the vertical poles before assembling, so that made it a bit harder, but that's because I know better than the people who designed this thing. In retrospect, I can see why they gave those instructions. It WAS a bit hard to get the telescoping poles to stay tightened during assembly, so a 4/5 on that, but they've stayed put now that the thing is up. Anyway, this is so much sturdier than the rig I had before (for my green screen) and so it's all excellent.”
“It was my fault not to test the stands out prior to my event. It was an epic fail. I purchased 2 and one of the stands retracted and sucked the banner inside and I wasn't able to use it. I couldn't get the banner out and I didn't have a Phillip screwdriver or the time to take it apart.”
